SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIMES

·         Customer Orders are processed within 1–2 Business Days.

·         Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next Business Day.

·         A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been Shipped.

 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

·         Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high‑volume periods. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery windows:

·         STANDARD Products: 7-14 Business days.

·         Custom and Luxury Items Ship as soon as Possible due to their nature it can take 3-4 weeks depending on the care taken for the Luxury Item Shipping and The Fabrication of all Custom Products.

Shipping Locations

·         We do not ship to U.S. territories or international destinations. We currently only ship within the United States, including: All 50 states and Washington, D.C.

Order Tracking

·         A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

·         If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us so we can assist with a carrier investigation and assist you.

·         If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and items so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address

·         Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee rerouting or replacement.
